Terms of Use

Accounts

• Mship is for mentors, the students they teach, and those students' parents or guardians. Each account is linked by our team to the right records.
• If a student is under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms for them. By accepting, a parent or guardian agrees for themself and for their child.
• Keep your sign-in private and give true information. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Names on accounts are set by our team and cannot be changed by you. Ask us if a name needs to be corrected.
• Mentors on Mship are independent professionals. Mship provides the platform; it does not employ them.

Using Mship properly

• Be respectful to everyone. Do not harass, threaten or mislead anyone.
• Do not look for, share or misuse other people's private information, and do not try to get into records that are not yours.
• Use Mship for classes and learning. It is not a chat service, and classes are one to one.
• Do not use the AI features to make anything harmful or dishonest, or to get around the limits on how much can be used.
• Do not copy or sell the syllabus material and other content in Mship.

We may pause or end an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell the person why.

Fees

• Fees are in Indian rupees (INR) and are paid outside the app, to the payment details shown to a parent. Mship has no payment gateway and takes no card payments.
• After paying, a parent can tell us in the app, with a reference and, if they wish, a screenshot or PDF as proof. Our staff review each one and approve or reject it. A fee counts as paid once it is approved.
• We send reminders by email around the due date. If a fee stays unpaid well past its due date, a student's use of the AI study tools can be paused until it is settled; their saved work, progress and points stay available.

AI-written content

Mship AI writes study material, such as notes and practice questions. It is a study aid, not a teacher. It can make mistakes, so check it with your mentor or teacher, especially before an exam. The amount that can be made in a day or a month is limited.

Points and rewards

• Points are earned through classes and activities. Rewards are a thank-you for effort; they have no cash value, cannot be sold, exchanged for money or passed to someone else, and depend on what is available.
• Our staff can correct points if something was recorded wrongly, and can cancel a reward order, in which case the points are given back.
• The delivery details you give for a reward are used only to deliver it.

The service

We work to keep Mship running and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable or have faults, and we cannot promise it will always be free of them. We may improve, change or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using Mship or from not being able to use it.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms or the Privacy Policy. When we do, we will update the date at the top and ask parents and students to read them and agree again the next time they sign in. If you do not agree to a change, tell us and we will help you stop using Mship.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
